My project truly began in December, 1970. I first saw this "red rocks" area while visiting and photographing the striking Jemez Pueblo area where the "Walatowa" visitors center is now located At the time I was a recently discharged Army photographer originally from Indiana, and I was struck by the visual impact of the landscape and the intense color of the skies. That very day I said, "Someday I'm going to live here."

After a 25 year career in commercial photography back east, I'm back where I've always said I'd live. And now
I'm developing a limited number of improved residential lots for sale in this New Mexico mesa heaven.
